Key Holder Members

Hello Key Holder Family,

After consulting the Sask Re-Opening plan and business response team, we are excited to let you know the Return To The Park Plan is complete! We have made a few improvements to the park to meet the requirements and we think you will like them!

Membership payments can now be made. Please contact Mary Holowachuk for more info. Also we are accepting e-transfer payments to the same email.

as of June 6 2021

  1. Distance Between Groups

    1. Camp Sites have been assigned a number to clarify the space for each group.

    2. Additional water stations have been installed to avoid congestion at water sites.

    3. Addition of Porta Potties near the pool to decrease washroom congestion

  2. Groups are not permitted to mingle between camp sites.

  3. No overnight Camping. Guidelines for overnight camping have not been established yet.

  4. Disinfecting of commonly touched surfaces.

    1. A park monitor will be on site to disinfect washrooms and water stations periodically. These park monitors are members of the Park board. Key Holders should bring their own cleaning products to disinfect commonly touched surfaces in their own area (picnic tables, benches etc).

  5. Monitoring Gathering limits

    1. Key holders will be required to book a space before coming out to the park, using an online booking system. A link to the booking site with instructions on how to book will be sent every monday to paid members. Booking will only be open the Monday before each weekend.

    2. A park monitor will be in attendance to enforce that the group numbers do not exceed the public health order requirements or park policy of 10 per key holder.

    3. Park days open for bookings will change based on availability of Park Monitors. See Monday booking email for details on what days will be available that weekend.

    4. Key Holder agreement states that each key holder may have a maximum of 10 people with them at a time. No more than 10 people per site will be allowed.

  6. Expectations of Key Holders

    1. Respect the Park monitor, if there is a dispute, please abide by the ruling of the park monitor and contact the park board in writing with further concerns.

    2. Book your spot in advance using the online booking system. If you have trouble, reach out to us at and we will happily give you a hand with it. If you have a small group, please respect other larger groups and try to book an appropriately sized site.

    3. Respect the distancing restrictions, wave, and greet key holders from other groups from afar. Do not enter other key holders assigned camping areas.

    4. Face masks are required in all indoor public places which includes our washroom facility.

    5. Please remove all garbage from your site before leaving and place it in the red Loraas bin.

    6. Provide your feedback to the Park Board if you have ideas on ensuring Health Restrictions are upheld to a level that you and others would be comfortable with .

We are so happy to finally open the park. Please keep each other’s safety in mind and we look forward to seeing you at the Park!
