Catholic Religion 
DescriptionDevelop, with the Camp Committee, all required schedules for camp. To provide leadership to camp counselors to develop a fun and engaging experience for youth using the strengths the counselors have to offer. Activities will include: Drama, arts & crafts, singing, dancing, sports, swimming, team building and nature activities. These activities will provide campers with positive interactions and new experiences. We promote the use of Ukrainian language and culture in all activities in an accepting way to those who have very little or no Ukrainian language skills. There will also be a religious element to activities as the purpose of the camp is to experience God through nature and companionship of others.
RequirementsMust be 21 year old or older
Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
First Aid & CPR-C Certification
Ukrainian Language Skills are an asset
Work with Camp Committee  to implement program
Work with Religious Advisor to create appropriate programs
Attend Staff Orientation and Training sessions
To Serve as Authority if discipline problems arise

DescriptionThis position is extremely important to the success of the camp as all your time will be spent with the campers. Following the guidance of the camp director, counselors will be in charge of the fun of camp! They will need to plan and lead the sports, culture, music, arts, and nature activities. Be prepared to contribute your interests and strengths in a variety of areas to make this camp the best it can be! 
Counselors are also responsible for the safety and well being of the campers acting as a caregiver to the children while they are at camp.
Counselors will act as a mentor to the participants of the CIT program.
RequirementsMust be 18 years or older for youth camp and 19 years or older for teen camp
Criminal Record Check
First Aid Certification (funding provided upon request)

ExperienceTraining Provided 
DescriptionCounselors in Training are the bridge between the campers and the counselor team. They are in a unique position because of their age they can closely relate to the children at camp and offer great insight & youthful energy to the counselor team. 
CIT’s will have opportunities to work closely with counselors to supervise children & lead in activities at camp. CIT”s should be an open book, prepared to learn from their mentors and gain useful experience in leadership and teamwork. They should be prepared for the task of transitioning from a camper to a counselor which means added responsibilities and maturity.
RequirementsMust be 15 or 16 years old
Ukrainian Language Skills are helpful but not necessary
Must attend Staff Orientation and Training sessions
